Application
Select an available apartment on our Availability webpage and click Apply Now. If you already have a past RentCafé account from another building, you may be prompted to change your password.
Typically, we require:
- 3 most recent consecutive bank statements
- 4 most recent pay stubs
- Most Recent W2 or 1099
- ID Verification
As part of the application process, you’ll also be asked to verify your ID.
This will involve scanning a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued identification document) using your webcam or mobile device’s camera. Please note that you must scan the original, physical ID and not a photocopy or digital version.
You will also be prompted to take a selfie to ensure you are physically present and are the same person who is shown on your ID.
Yes, as part of the application process we will be running a credit report and background screening.
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per applicant, as well as a $250 amenity fee per application.
Additional charges may apply for pets, rentable amenities and parking as well. (See below Pet Policy section for details on our pets.)
Typically, most applications receive a decision within one to two business days from submission.
Yes. As part of the lease signing process, you’ll be prompted to sign up for renters and personal liability insurance. You will need to have at least $300,000 in liability coverage.
Yes, domestic guarantors only.
Typically, we require a credit score of at least 650 with acceptable credit history and annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent.
Removing and adding leaseholders require a lease modification agreement and are subject to a one-time $500 processing fee.
If you’re looking to be removed from the lease, you must first provide written notice to the leasing office. The remaining residents then need to reapply and get approved by our Credit Department.
If you’re looking to be added to an existing lease, the current leaseholders must first provide written notice to the leasing office of this request. You will then be prompted to submit an application to be reviewed and approved by our Credit Department.
Pet Policy
Yes, we allow two pets per apartment and even have a dog park.
Please note there is a one-time fee of $500 for 1 pet or $800 for 2 pets, as well as a $60 recurring monthly fee per pet.

Breed restrictions apply - you are not permitted to keep an animal which are members, partially or full, of any of the following breeds: Rottweiler, German Shepard, Chow Chow, Pit Bull Terriers, Great Dane, Boxer, American Staffordshire, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Huskey, Doberman, Presa Canario, Bull Mastiff, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Gull Dog, Bull Terrier, Boerboel, St. Bernard, American Bully and Wolf Dogs also known as Wolf Hybrids, or any mixes of these breeds. Veterinarian records and pet photo are required for all pets.
